Pranayama Teacher Training Course

  • Course Duration: 6 weeks.
  • Prerequisites: None (prior yoga experience recommended).

Syllabus:

  • Week 1: Introduction & Basics - Overview, benefits, and foundational techniques.
  • Week 2-3: Foundational Pranayam Techniques - Ujjayi, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Anuloma Viloma.
  • Week 4-5: Pranayam for Specific Needs - Relaxation, stress relief, energy, vitality, balance, harmony.
  • Week 6: Teaching Methodology & Practice - Safe teaching practices, sequencing, and final practice teaching.
